Over many years Daniel Pirsç, the graduate of the Academy of Arts, has been creating this fanciful collection based on the image of the phantom Maria-Theresa Reef in the South Pacific. Up to the second half of the XX century this reef officially appeared on published maps and atlases but was unsuccessfully searched for later decades.
While Jules Verne in his novels make famous the reef that did not exist, the sculptor Daniel Pirsç implemented his own fantasy on its basis, its beautiful outline embodied in the exquisite porcelain.
