RUDOLF KÄMPF IS REVIVING TRADITIONS

What do these famous but very different people have in common? They, like so many others among the world's high and mighty, were and are proud owners of the exquisite pieces produced by the renowned porcelain manufacturers Rudolf Kämpf.
     

Rudolf Kämpf factory was founded at the turn of the 20 century with the support of the Habsburg royal dynasty. The factory was designed as an elite supplier of highly artistic tableware, figurines and other precious decorations of interior design as well as chinaware for the royal court and the households of European aristocracy.

   The manufacturing process was organized on the highest level. The factory got ahead very quickly, having become one of the leading producers of top-quality hard porcelain.

      Since 1911 the manufacture trade-mark had been called RKG. Even at that time the factory differed from competitors.  Production was oriented to creating exclusively decorated porcelain ware of unique shapes, so it was very successful.

 
The high quality of products was estimated abroad as well. Manufactory export amounted to 86% from total production scale.  Holland and a number of other states were constantly completing the list of  importers.

But the most amazing thing was, that RKG products were exported to the countries, that had their own local high-class porcelain factories. No doubt, this fact was the best evidence of  exceptional quality of RKG porcelain.
 

The factory always cooperated with the outstanding specialists. Well, this had a great effect, when their porcelain designs won recognition of the prestigious organization – The Center of  Industrial Design.
 Going through wars and revolutions, it brought all the best it the 21^st century: the excellent art skills with their secrets handed down from generation to generation, the elegance of shapes and decorations, European traditions and the unique handwork.
